The South Sea Territorial Directorate sells cars confiscated in favor of the state at auction

The South Sea Territorial Directorate has announced a procedure for holding a secret bidding auction for the sale of 14 cars and one minibus. The vehicles were detained during customs inspections of the Kapitan Andreevo Police Department. The auction is conducted in accordance with the Tax and Social Security Procedure Code / TSPC / for goods abandoned or confiscated in favor of the state in pre-trial and criminal proceedings conducted by TD “South Sea”, in whose territorial scope is MP Kapitan Andreevo. Each car has an initial auction price, the lowest being BGN 430 and the highest being BGN 3,750. A deposit of 20% of the initial auction price is paid for participation in the auction. For cars with non-Union customs status, the winning buyer will have to pay the due duties and VAT.
The conditions for conducting the auction, list of goods, their selling price and the amount of the deposit are available in the building of TD “South Sea” in Svilengrad, as well as on the website of the Customs Agency.
