The director of the Customs Agency, Georgi Kostov, presented a Plaque to the Customs Agency of Douglas Eckhardt, an attaché from the US Customs and Border Protection Service, whose term is coming to an end. Dulgas Eckhard’s term began at the end of 2018, when for the first time an attaché for the Customs and Border Protection Service was appointed at the US Embassy in Bulgaria. The award was presented as an expression of Mr Eckhard’s overall contribution to fruitful bilateral customs cooperation.
